A personal touch
Prior to finishing an Architectural Degree in 2014 I had been designing full time for 5 years and building for 20 years. Create Architecture was borne out of a desire to create and make a difference. I try to take the time to find out the way my clients live and what is important to them; it is such an important part of the design process. I have a very practical approach and a willingness to work with my clients through to the building of their dreams.

We knew, right from the initial 'meet and greet', that he was the designer who would take us on, and be with us throughout, our long renovation journey (as featured in the Rock Isle photos). He just 'got us' because he listens, understands, is so very patient, easy to talk to and is very open to any ideas, comments, opinions, photos, you may have. Once he knows what exactly the client wants, he will remain so consistent with these skills. He would always ensure that all parties involved were happy. His other real skill came into play when it came to his planning and designs because we were dealing with an existing home. We were faced with many challenges and without fail, Andrew would come up with practical solutions to fit our needs and customise it to the situation. In fact, what makes him so unique as an architectural designer is that he is able to apply his expertise and practical knowledge because of all of his many years of being a builder. He knowingly designs his homes with clear, concise intention; the intention to design your dream home.
Andrew is a terrific listener. He worked hard to make sure that our renovation had proportions that are sympathetic with the original building which was very important to us. Our builder said he had been "spoiled" by the incredible level of details shown on the plans making his job so much simpler. Building or renovating puts your life on the line emotionally and financially, it is a big deal so having the right architect is so very important. Andrew was the right man for us without a doubt. If you are contemplating a project, you could do worse than getting him over for a feed and a chin wag and go from there. Thanks Andrew you worked very hard for us and we greatly appreciate it.
