Rock Isle Rd Conversion

The existing home was modified on every elevation. The main brief was to create an upstairs master bedroom within the existing roof space and to extend the kitchen and dining below to open out onto east facing decks with panoramic views of the Haruaki Gulf. The upstairs work included reconfiguring and extending over the garage to gain 2 additional bedrooms. Steve and Christina wanted the home to be modelled in a 'Cape Cod' architectural style with simple strong lines.
