The brief was to create an upstairs living area with master bedroom and a large north facing deck connected with the downstairs kitchen-dining and the back lawn area. The additions were designed for a growing family that planned to stay in the family home, The additions were designed around the views down to Long Bay Beach, which held a special significance to Hannah and Sep.
